Associates who panic at the least little problem and then yell at their paralegals for doing the right thing need to be smacked upside their heads. Unfortunately, that's 98% of them.
On a related note, I've never been treated that way by a partner. Coincidence? I don't think so. Food for thought, associates who want to be partners...
