"Common sense ain't that common." Which is especially true of Lawyers. There are days when I wonder whether my lawyers would walk straight into the path of traffic if they didn't have us around.
So today, on Will Rogers' birthday, we celebrate Use Your Common Sense Day. Or, as any experienced paralegal calls it, "an average workday".
P.S. - Ralph Macchio turns 50 today. Yes, you can feel old now. You're welcome.
