One of my cases involves a group of individual clients who... well... let's just say they don't follow instructions well. Even simple ones. I've sent them affidavits, called numerous times to pester them, and even offered to drive to their house to get them signed and notarized. Do they return them to me? No. To my firm? No. To the new co-counsel halfway across the country? Yes.
Sigh.
